40 ml of Johnnie Walker Black Label
25 ml byrrh quinine aperitif
3 dashes angostura bitters
Citrus peel or brandy & whisky-soured cherry (Garnish)
METHOD
• Add ice to a mixing glass.
• Pour Johnnie Walker Black Label, byrrh and angostura bitters
into mixing glass and stir together.
• Strain into into a chilled coupette glass.
